Matthew McClure, executive chef at The Hive, plates boiled crawfish Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at a crawfish boil block party in Bentonville. Many boils happen this time of year. The Hive's boil featured a four course meal with crawfish flown in fresh from the gulf coast. Chef Matt McClure created each dish.
