Crawfish with potatoes, corn shiitakes, house made andouille Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at The Hive's crawfish boil block party, inside the 21C hotel in Bentonville. Many boils happen this time of year. The Hive's boil featured a four course meal with crawfish flown in fresh from the gulf coast. Chef Matt McClure created each dish.
