Prepping bowls of potatoes, corn shiitakes, house made andouille and artichokes at a crawfish boil Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at The Hive, inside the 21C hotel in Bentonville. Many boils happen this time of year. The Hive's boil featured a four course meal with crawfish flown in fresh from the gulf coast. Chef Matt McClure created each dish.
