Traffic passes, Thursday, March 28, 2024 along U.S. 71 and Apple Blossom Road in Lowell. Springdale and Lowell are expected to apply for federal Surface Transportation Block Grant money to improve Apple Blossom Road from I-49 to Arkansas 265. The main immediate beneficiary will be J.B.
