The group is a part of a class titled The Truth About Trash offered by the University of Arkansas Osher Lifelong Learning Institute and led by Taylor and coworker Taylor Gladwin. The two-part class toured several sites dedicated to waste and recycling including Tri Cycle Farms' food recovery program.
