NWA Democrat-Gazette/DAVID GOTTSCHALK Officer Cary Bostian, with the Springdale Police Department, shops Tuesday, December 4, 2018, with Tiki Lanki, 11, at the Walmart Supercenter on Pleasant Street in Springdale. More than 200 children participated in the Springdale Police Department Shop with a Cop program. The department collected $45,000 this year for the program.
