More than 800 Tyson employees from across the country who are in town this week attending the company's annual sales conference took the afternoon to pack and load food donations. The employees helped distribute 35,000 pounds of Tyson products to Northwest Arkansas organizations with feeding services and food banks. In addition 1,000 meal boxes, 15,000 snack packs and personal hygiene kits were packaged and distributed to Northwest Arkansas non-proffits.
