“A Banquet Fit for a King,” the “Recommitment Banquet” held Jan. 19, wrapped up three days of prayer, community service and a march to mark Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The banquet at the Fayetteville Town Center was hosted the Northwest Arkansas Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Council honor to community leaders and award 23 $1,000 scholarships. Proceeds from the annual dinner go toward helping support the scholarship fund.
